The forum and gallery have been revamped with new vBulletin and PhotoPost scripts, we have contests starting for both taggers and scrappers with prizes, sections you can post your fav tutorial links and more, and I would love to see you all join in….you can post layouts, tags or whatever in the gallery long as it’s G-rated of course LOL so c’mon over and signup…links are up top!

***EDIT 12/24*** Ok so I am female and reserve the right to change my mind accordingly LMAO apparently my older kits are still well liked just the way they are, so rather than remove them and revamp them, I am going to leave them in place on both my blog and instore and just make some ‘reloaded’ versions with new papers and some new elements to mix and match s’more lol

I am going to go through all my old kits and give some of them a revamp, changing elements and adding new ones and revamping the papers…these revamped kits will all be put up in the store, including the new tagger versions.

I am absolutely stunned…I just don’t know what is up with some ppl anymore!

I came across a website today that has literally ripped hundreds of elements out of my kits…and it looks like my freely offered kits to boot because I doubt they have bought any of them off me! And they are selling MY elements in their store for 25 cents each! AND they have the balls to not only claim that THEY have hand cut the items but put this on the info pages too!! —>> ©Scrapz By Christon <<—That’s how I found it! Came up in a search!

This has just ripped out my heart, to think that someone will take what I have worked hard on creating, and deliberately violate my TOU to turn around and resell it!

I have contacted both the website AND their hosting provider and hope to god I can get these removed, lord only knows how much money they have made off MY hard work and freebie offers….

Just shattered….don’t know at all what else to say….

Though I have not received a reply, the store owner obviously has seen my email and has now removed all products with my creations, so I am remaining hopeful that it was a simple misunderstanding and they did not realise what they were doing was wrong and illegal…

I have decided to go completely PTU from the New Year, this decision has not come without a lot of thought and I realise most are not going to be happy with it, however after weighing up all the pros and cons, all the money I have spent out, the fact that some of my free kits here are *still* being uploaded and shared elsewhere no matter that it is stated on the previews, in my TOU’s, plus a number of other deciding factors such as the economic times (the Australian dollar is worth only 63 US cents) I have decided it is in my best interests as well as the interests of my family to go completely PTU.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me so far and hope that many will continue to lol and reassure that the freebies currently on offer on my blog will remain freebies, and that I will still offer some freebies along the way

Some of the kits I have on offer for free now may change due to the fact that I have just discovered that several of my favourite CU Resource Designers whose products I use in the creation of my kits have in their TOU that we are not allowed to make freebies with their products….I personally think this sux LOL my personal opinion is that if I use a TOOL I have purchased, use my own created papers and make the end result uniquely my own then it should be MY choice whether I offer it for free, or put a price on it….. and it means because I missed this or didn’t understand it properly, I now have to go through each and every one of my kits with a fine comb and remove any items made with these resources.

I will not be re-activating the one time membership fee, but instead putting tagger/personal scrapper sized kits in store individually at a reduced price from the full sized versions.

Due to the massive amount of work ahead of me with checking all my kits as well as all the Christmas rush etc LOL I am also taking a break from designing till after the New Year lol
